Beans also details his famous rap beef with Jadakiss, and reveals that it wasn’t anything personal against Jada, he was just looking to lay his “bones down in the game.”

Dame Dash Flipping out in a Meeting with Def Jam
Damon Dash co-founder of Rocafella records flips out after finding out Def Jam are having a meeting about Jay-Z without him.
Jay-Z is an artist which Dame Dash used to manage and doesn’t seem to be too happy about not being notified about the meeting. Kevin Liles the President of Def Jam at the time then steps in call off the meeting and cool things down.
Dame Dash is known to be a hard business man and is revered in the Hip Hop industry. I respect Damon Dash as an entrepreneur and business man and although he was over the top the passion shown in the video is what made him so successful.
