J Spades Interview: Behind the Scenes at K Koke's Shoot
· By Killerhiphop.com
KillerHipHop caught up with Hackney's own J Spades behind the scenes at K Koke's video shoot for "Only One", a track from Koke's Roc Nation debut album I Ain't Perfect. This short interview was filmed by KillerHipHopTV as an exclusive.
We spoke to K Koke himself on the same day. You can watch that conversation, and the other interviews from the set, in our K Koke exclusive interview.
Supporting K Koke
J Spades makes it clear that the day wasn't about him. He was on set to support K Koke, whom he calls his brother, as Koke shot his single, and he says the shoot was looking big. He describes himself as being behind the scenes, taking in the movement.
More Money More Pagans 2
When the talk turns to his own music, he has one main message: More Money More Pagans 2 is on the way. He says people had been asking for it and that he was working hard on the mixtape to give them what they wanted.
He also explains his approach to releases. He doesn't put out videos every week, he says, but when he does drop something, he wants it done properly. So if you don't see him for a while, that's the reason.
Before signing off, J Spades sends a shout-out to KillerHipHop, asks viewers to hit him up on Twitter and reps the east side.
