News: Dj Khaled Facing Eviction On Miami Apartment
I guess Khaled’s landlord isn’t the best or maybe he just wants his money. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Khaled is facing an eviction on his Miami apartment after failing to pay $55,000 in rent.
Khaled initially agreed to pay rent in 2 bulk payments on $66,000. He made the first payment but has failed to make the second payment which now stands at 55K after a reworked deal where he payed $11,000 upfront.
The landlord (Misci LLC), has begun eviction proceedings in court. They gave Khaled a 3 day notice to vacate the property or pay up. After that failed, the landlord went ahead and sued Khaled for the $55,00 plus attorney fees and is also asking to have Khaled removed from the property. The case is still in court.
