Winner Announced: Beats By KillerHipHop Freestyle Competition
In December Killerhiphop launched it’s first ever “Beats By KillerHipHop Competition“. The aim of the contest was to give upcoming artists the opportunity to spit over a beat produced by the Killerhiphop team. The contest was open to everyone worldwide with the hopes of giving more shine to upcoming talent. We didn’t expect as many entries as we did. However we received many great entries.
After many long hours of listening to every single entry, we finally came up with a winner. There was a shortlist of around 15 great freestyles and we managed to narrow it down to the top two. The Killerhiphop team judged the contest based on lyricism, flow, breath control, consistency, and originality amongst other things. Remember we are still human and this was our personal opinion. But enough of this talking, let’s get straight to the winner.
After much deliberation, debates, arguments, and laughter, KillerHipHop would like to congratulate…*DRUM ROLL*…hailing all the way from Chi-town…ROB KILLA!
Rob Killa – SSJ (Eddington Freestyle) Lyrics
(Prod. by Cory White from White Kidd)
Boy I Boy I go Gogeta. Cheetah on yo turtle gang.
Beastin offa the loud pack, bet yall niggas heard of me.
Bitch I go. Nah I’m GONE. All that shit dont worry me.
Accidentally your whole catalog. Purposely.
I know Im a dog, but I practice common courtesy
I dont wanna have to turn my life into a murder scene
But I love that feelin, it be itchin. Man it urges me.
Kill that fuckin beat I swear my album goin Burgundy.
I aint got no time… for Bitchin ass hoe bitches.
I see what I want inside the room and then I go get it.
And I got my team. Buncha bad swoll niggas.
All yo squad thin like Paris and Nicole Richie……….
Oh shit, I said dont. Said I flop, Bet I wont.
Set up shop. Product Chopped. My shit bomb. Bet I blow
Ima shine. That I know. Ima star. Bet I glow.
Super Nov. Super Flow. Super Kill. Now they Know
Hollywood is where I’m bound.
Chatham Town is where I’m found
And I ball hard. Cole Park is where I put it down
But I’m from them Wild Hundreds, where them Killas Robbin Round
Robbin Killas. But I aint duckin now, got em jumpin, Wow.
All I spit is fireballs like Im King Koopa
Stompin on these Goombas. Stop it dog, Yeeint stupid
They call me fly, its ironic since Im just high of that chronic
Hypnotic spasthmatic bronchotic diabolically plottin
Who’s operative option is Fly, only to skyrocket and drop his entire atomic stock on the populous.
How obnoxious? A monster. Sea? Killing the flow.
Take my hand out the water I aint feelin your flow.
The DEA is gone FLIP if I get anymore dope
So I crystallized a method developin better quotes…
A testament to my rep Im a jester with clever jokes
But Im itchin to be the King of this lyrical dynasty
Champion verbs I lay em, Vocabulary displayin
My raps are Kamehamehas I’m the Prince of all these Saiyins.
Congratulations to Rob Killa and everyone else who entered. Due to the fact that we received so many great entries we will also be posting up some honourable mentions shortly.
Rob Killa’s freestyle will be featured on a mixtape by KillerHipHop, and will spit on a new beat from producers, White Kidd (Cory White & Eric Kidd).
KillerHipHop would like to THANK EVERYONE who entered and we encourage you to keep working on your craft. Ambition is key.
