Video: Saigon Explains ‘Bread & Circuses’ Album Title

Saigon releases a short but informative video explaining his album title, The Greatest Story Never Told Chapter 2: Bread & Circuses. The album drops on November 6th.

Bread & Circuses: A metaphor for a superficial means of appeasement. In the case of politics, the phrase is used to describe the creation of public approval, not through exemplary or excellent public service or public policy, but through diversion, distraction and/or the mere satisfaction of the immediate shallow requirements of populace.
