Video: Rihanna Tells Oprah She Still Loves Chris Brown
Rihanna’s Next Chapter interview with Oprah aired on OWN last night. Riri didn’t hold anything back as she told Oprah about her relationship with Chris Brown.
“We’ve been working on our friendship again now we’re very very close friends,” she said. “We built a trust again and that’s it. We love each other and we probably always will, and that’s not anything we’re gonna try to change. That’s not something you can ever shut off if you’ve ever been in love.”
Although she still has love for him, she admits that seeing Chris is difficult. “It’s awkward because I still love him,” she explained. “My stomach drops. I have to maintain this poker face and not let it get to the outer part of me. I think he was the love of my life.”
Rihanna also spoke to Oprah about Barbados, the price of fame, and the passing of her grandmother. Shout out to MWP for the video.

I think people don’t actually think. You haven’t been in her shoes. A lot of relationships end bad and usually people have still feelings for each other no matter how bad it got. There were still good memories there.
