Video: Hit-Boy Stays Mum On ‘Cruel Summer,’ Reveals Collabo With Kendrick Lamar

Rap-UpTV spoke to Hit-Boy on the BMI Urban Awards red carpet. The “NIP” producer stayed mum about the September 18th Cruel Summer release date saying, “Man, I have no clue. I’m just working. You never know with Kanye. It could be September 18th. It could be October 18th.” So expect the unexpected?

Although we didn’t get too much information regarding Cruel Summer, Hit-Boy did talk about a track he did with Kendrick Lamar. Hit-Boy described it as fresh, club, and hip-hop. Hopefully we’ll get to see that track on good kid, m.A.A.d. city.
