    @Curt, Bro it feels like I go through withdrawls when I don’t get in at least 3 days a week haha. I’m not lifting too much right now though cause I wanted to get cut for the summer. This winter I’ll probably get up too like 215 at 5′ 10”. What type of training do you do?. It’s all about how you diet and the type of training you do. And look up the Hybrid. I mean XXX introduced me to Danny but I think the Hybrid is just better. He’s got another collab type mixtape called Detroit State of MInd that has a couple decent tracks on it.

    @Curt, ill check those out right now. good looking out. I mostly do heavy training just cause my major/ occupation requires me too as a firefighter. The cardio i do is usually 20min jogging with a 40lbs vest and i do a lot of free weights. As a matter of fact just started this 12week workout i found interesting on bodybuilding.com haha So far is fucking intense! I go up to 100 on dumbbell presses but i make sure i do up to failure on each workout. So im aiming on being yoked up but at the sometime having definition on muscles if that makes sense? Your right though diet is 100% necessary! You have teat all the right things. I have been moving up strength and i know it is forsure cause of the diet. ehhh about 5’10 as well im at 180 right now. I want to stay the same.

    100 lb dum press at 180 lbs is pretty legit dude haha. I’ve been up to 110 before but I was at 195 lbs. Defintion will just come with time if you’re training the way thatll give you the look you want. I’m training for a natural bodybuilding comp I want to go to this time next year. But I’ve been working out on a regular basis since I was 12. I just started to try and hone it down to a science that last few months. What kind of supplements do you take? I’m on glutamine, bcaa, preworkout, vitamins, fish oil, and 2 types of proteins. One no longer than 30 min after my workout and caseine for before I go to bed. Pretty crazy we’ve been goin back and forth on this site for a while bro and we’re both gym rats haha

    @Curt, haha foreals man! Well ive been athletic all my life played soccer since 4 so was always on track cross country and all that bullshit! lol but not since i got into the wildland fire academy they told me i need to gain muscle weight so started lifting heavy haha i went from 160 to 180 just of muscle! but yaa been besting ever since lol Ya i take supplements bro. Im on two proteins preworkout creatine and take some amino acids. Ya im benching about 260 right now my pullups are fucking legit! haha Shit is crazyy man. Seriously my life right now is work, gym, music, gf and ps3 haha

    @MosDef, Get on glutamine instead of creatine. Creatine is overrated too me. Cause it doesn’t build condensed muscle. It just gives you a watered look and once you get off of it all that muscle retention you were getting with it will go away. Glutamine does the same thing but it’s better with the recovery aspect because it helps keep things lubricated. I can do like 35 pullups when I’m fresh. I feel you though the only time I get on this is before I leave and when I get home. I’m never home cause when I do have free time I’m out hangin with friends

    @Curt, forsure ill keep that in mind. I need to restock on my supplements so most likely will be buying next week. Let me know whats a good brand on the glutamine..why kind of preworkout you taking?

    @MosDef, jack3d is pretty good. But they’re all the same. I’m on 1mr right now. Super pump is pretty nice. and I just take the gnc brand of glutamine

    @Curt, I tried that super pump n i didn’t feel shit haha and jack is good but i personally liked NO-Xplode better. The one im taking right now is MP-Assault its a new brand that just came out so i figured i tried something new and i Love it so far!
