News: Rick Ross’ ‘God Forgives, I Don’t’ Debuts At #1

The final numbers are in, and to no one’s surprise, Rick Ross’ God Forgives, I Don’t has scored a #1 debut. GFID sold 218,000 units in its first week making it Ross’ biggest first week total. Trilla previously held the record at 198,000 units sold. 41% (90,000) of GFID’s album sales were digital.
Rozay now has four number 1 albums, more than Lil Wayne and Snoop Lion Dogg who have 3 each. Jay-Z holds the record with 12 number 1 albums. Congratulations to Rick Ross, MMG, and the Def Jam staff.
