News: ‘Marshall Mathers LP 2’ 1st Week Sales Projections

This shit about to kick off. Eminem officially released The Marshall Mathers LP 2 yesterday. With a full day of retail in the books, first week sales projections are finally in. Billboard and industry analysts have Shady selling between 700,000 and 750,000 in his first week. If the numbers stand, this will be the second biggest release of the year. The album is only surpassed by Justin Timberlake’s The 20/20 Experience which sold 968,000 copies in its first week.

MMLP2 will also be Eminem’s 7th consecutive number 1 album. Cop The Marshall Mather LP 2 on iTunes.
