News: Court To Review Chris Brown’s Probation After Positive Marijuana Test
Judge Patricia Schnegg has ordered a review of Chris Brown’s probation and travel after the rapper/singer tested positive for marijuana.
The judge will try to sort through CB’s probation records to check for compliance after Brown tested positive for weed. Brown holds a medicinal marijuana card in the state of California and the judge has never ordered Brown to not use drugs so the outcome is to be determined.
The judge also said that Chris’ community service logs were “somewhat cryptic.” According to the Richmond police chief, Brown has logged in a total of 1,402 community service hours.
Chris Brown will return to court on November 1st for an update.
