Kendrick Lamar Addresses MTV Hottest MC List Snub
Kendrick Lamar talks to Karen Civil about getting left off MTV’s “Hottest” MC list. Lamar says, “It’s all about what the people want at the end of the day. The people know what it is. It’s not really a big thing to me”. In addition, he speaks about working with Pharrell, Alori Joy’s death, and his friendly competition with ScHoolboy Q.

Honestly I hope he doesn’t ever end up on this list. It’s funny cause i consider myself a true hip hop fan and I didn’t listen to meek mill, Big Sean, or Wiz last year
@Curt, youu are a real hiphop fan if you don’t listen to.that bullshit lol
@MosDef, That was my point haha. I just wish this list wouldn’t make hip hop look bad. Because when the average to non-average fan sees these monkeys debating over nothing it gives hip hop a bad look because they probably actually believe what they’re saying
@Curt, you made a valuable point lol this list is wack. I mean MTV jus shows teenage girls pregnant and they’re suppose to knw who’s the hottest MC? Lol
@Curt, I couldn’t agree more. The so called “experts” should know of all the fans of rap that it isn’t about a “top ten list”. If you feel it you feel it. It should be left at that
How can anyOne call meek mill bullshit. Listen to the nigga spit
@Liltunechi, the nigga is not original at all he wack
???
Meek better than wale, just saying.. I can take meek more serious
@Curt, true that lol now the world sees all the wack rappers be praised lol
