1 Peter 3:9

Y U mad Wayne? Mad that Pusha-T called you a wicked man? You just had to put a clappin’ to that boy? Why didn’t you put a clappin’ to 50 Cent or 40 Glocc? You only gave 50 Cent a little jab on “Louisianimal” (“All about a dollar fuck 2 quarters/ Bitch I pour syrup in that vitamin water”), and here you are dedicating an entire Swizz Beatz produced song to Pusha-T because he might’ve dissed you on “Exodus?” Not even Jay-Z got an entire song. He got 2 bars! Birdman always said that Wayne didn’t respond to disses because he was too busy making money. Since we haven’t heard any original music since C4, and he’s not touring, I’m guessing that Wayne has gotten a little bored with his board, so that’s why he’s dissing dudes like Pusha-T. This beef will only benefit Pusha-T & G.O.O.D. Music, no matter the outcome. I wish you would’ve kept quiet Wayne. “Goulish” was disgustingly ghoulish.

What is Lil Wayne doing dissing Pusha-T? Jay-Z didn’t pay him any mind so he stoops down to Pusha’s level? Don’t get it confused though. Pusha-T of Clipse is dope, but he hasn’t established himself as a solid solo artist. He’s no Big Sean or Kid Cudi. All these people jumping on #TeamPushaT or #TeamGOOD can’t even name 3 solo Pusha-T songs. On the other hand we have Wayne, an established hip-hop superstar. Before I get any further, take your emotions out of here. No matter how much you dislike Wayne’s content, you can’t deny that Wayne is much more established than Pusha-T, by a milli. If you were to go out in the street and ask 100 people if they could name 1 Pusha-T song without Kanye West, you would find out that you just wasted your time. As far as hip-hop equity goes, Pusha is nowhere near Wayne. I’m not necessarily saying that Pusha is a bad rapper either. I’m just saying Lil Wayne is too big for this. Weezy should’ve never stooped to his level by going head to head with him. Wayne is in a lose-lose situation while for Pusha it’s a win-win. Don’t tell me Pusha-T ever gets published on Time or CNN? Thanks to Wayne, he was. Weezy doesn’t even need the publicity. All he needs to do to gain relevancy is drop a few tracks and he’s back in people’s mouths.

Now on to “Goulish.” I think the next installment of Deaf•initions got a lot better thanks to Wayne. The track was shit, weak stomach. Except for the 1st 2 bars, and last 2 bars, nothing with any importance was said. Wayne was boasting like it was any other track. Why would Pusha-T care about Wayne being on Trukfit? He should’ve said something about his face, or his hair, or his music, or anything that wasn’t whatever he was saying. You see, in a diss track you’re supposed to criticize the other guy not talk about Trukfit and your imaginary banana clips. Although I didn’t like the overall contents of the diss, I have to give him props for actually dropping a name! That was very bold, and rare. “Goulish” sucked as a diss track, but at least it was a diss track unlike “Exodus” that was just a bunch of subliminal lines.

In the end, this is probably just another over-hyped beef that isn’t going anywhere. Everybody gets all emotional and imagines this huge war between G.O.O.D. Music and YMCMB. I don’t think Kanye West is dissing because he’s learned from Jay-Z, and he’s probably too cool for that. Big Sean is out of the beef because Nicki Minaj gave him his greatest hit. Plus, he’s had the chance to diss Drake in the past and he’s returned his beef back to the kitchen everytime. Big Sean has always been cool with Drake and he’s not a battle guy. Right now, if someone from G.O.O.D. disses Wayne, they also diss Drake, and I don’t see Sean dissing Drake. Kid Cudi, Common & Cyhi are probably the only members good for a beef, and Kid Cudi is just, if not more emotional than Drake. Lil Wayne & Drake versus Pusha-T, Kid Cudi, Common & Cyhi isn’t my definition of a good beef. Therefore, because of politics, I don’t think we’ll see a G.O.O.D.-YMCMB war. So chill out people. Hey Pusha, I also have a bible verse for you, “do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult, but with blessing, because to this you were called so that you may inherit a blessing.” But screw the bible right? Use it only when you need it. Don’t be nice to Wayne. Right now you need the publicity. I’m just sayin’. Ha-ha ha-ha-ha, said in my best Biggie voice.

Nah, men. I fuck with Pusha. That nigga is dope as hell, for real. His lyrics from his mixtapes are fire. I’m a big Pusha T fan. And that song, Exodus is fire. Killing YMCMB like that? DAMN. I mean, that little homie, Weezy got mad and shit. I know, that was a subliminal song, but killed it.

Nicely said. R.I.P “hip-hop beef” I don’t think we are going to get like it was in the 90’s when every rapper was pretty much dissing some one. I personally like a good beef I mean what’s a good movie with out its drama, but I don’t think we will ever get like it was back in the old days maybe in the future we will see a hip-hop beef wwll.

Well I think wayne only replied to the diss due to the previous history between him and pusha. Your article has made it out that this “beef” is something new. These dudes hated each other for ages. I see you forget to mention that. Also define what a good diss record is? Straight away your going to compare it to a tupac diss or a nas diss. What if wayne was just toying with pusha. We have not heard a full on direct reply to a diss in hip hop for god knows how long. You dedicated a whole article to subliminal disses, and now a whole article to weezy making a shit diss. Why would he go all out in a first reply, I’m sure he has more tricks up his sleeve. As talented as wayne maybe he is no diss record maker, let’s be frank. Also I noticed you didn’t mention anything about pusha t’s diss, it was subliminal and nothing that was wow. The “signed to three niggas” line was stupid because pusha t is preety much in the same situation as drake is in. But no, you failed to mention anything about the exodus “diss”. Stick to posting lyrics or better yet I’d like to hear your version of a diss record!!

P.S You probably spent more time writing and preparing this article than wayne did replying. Took him less than 48 hours to reply to pusha t’s diss record. He is no eminem, respect the nigga for trying. So far no reply from pusha.

Yh that’s fair enough I get what your saying but this article is completely bias. It doesn’t show both sides of the story that’s all I’m saying. Pusha t diss was nothing special yet its been waynes diss that has been criticised. I wasn’t saying waynes diss was all that both could have deffo gone harder but like I said wayne aint the type of rapper who makes diss records. This came as a complete surprise, for that he should be credited. I mean did you even expect him to reply?

I can’t stand punk ass fruity mosquito lil Wayne but responding to Pusha T showned Wayne as a weak ass rapper. In a song for song battle Pusha T beat you. You lost to Pusha T who only has 2 solo artist mediocre mixtapes ? Hahahaha. You can no long proclaim “yourself” as best rapper alive since Pusha T won.

YMCMB vs Good music would be a waste of time. What would they argue about. A bunch of skinny jeans, emotions, & who gets to wear Nicki Minaj’s make-up.

Damn All The Hate Towards Wayne.
If You Did your Researching & Studying Wayne’s Diss, It Was Dope. Not saying Better Then PushaT, Cuz Pusha Did His Work & That Track Me Made Was Against Drake/40/Wayne.

& the Banana Clip Line Could Of Ment:
(Banana clips are used along with automatic weapons, which Wayne says he always carries on him. And since he has so many, he feels like a chimp, which love bananas
“Clips” could also be seen as a diss to Clipse, Pusha T’s former rap duo”)

Also Wayne Did What Normaly People Won’t Do.
Lil Wayne is able to admit there is a possibility that he loses this beef (to Pusha/Will Smith), which a lot of rappers aren’t willing to do. So there is at least some degree of realness there.

Also The Reason He Went At Pusha T, Was because Pusha Has Some Fame & Kept Dissing YMCMB. Wayne/Drake. Pusha Been Dissing Them For Awhile & Wayne Got aonnyed like mack said. relating Pusha T to a Fly In The Room. when it gets aonnying you gonna swing, maybe not to kill it juss to get it out the way for abit.

i still think pusha t killed wayne in that track Exodus.

Here’s how the beef started back in 2006.

˝For those that didn’t know, Pusha and Wayne have had a rather tumultuous relationship. The year was 2006 and Wayne & the Clipse had a war of words through the media after Wayne said the following:

“I don’t see no fucking Clipse. This is a fucking legend you’re talking to right here. How many years them niggas been around? Who the fuck is Pharrell?”˝

What you tryna prove em? Fuck with shady records and lets see lol

and i personally think wayne is bout to fell the fuck out.. Since that nigga drake came it his voice started bein soft and is talkin bout love and all that shit. But honestly we loved him for the way he was back in C2. I personally like wayne cause he talked bout weed and bitches lol but for other political topics i got other rappers..wayne please stop tryin rap that you ain’t capable off.. please.

Exodus 23:1 Was a fucking masterpiece.

I’m fed up of the word ‘subliminal’ It’s not a fucking subliminal diss when he makes it obvious he or anyone for that matter is dissing someone. A diss is a diss whether they say their name or not.

Pusha T is not an established rapper because he’s kept it real, Wayne is just a commercial pop star, he’s no rapper.

To be honest this is the worst piece of work I’ve read by you Quez, as a faithful long time reader I expected more.

pusha made a video about the life in the hood, the ‘realistic’ version, not the ‘Rozay or YMCMA version’.
And the title is about people spreading lies.

So basically he’s saying they promote bullshit while the people they’re talking about are still living in poverty. ;)
Those factors with the subliminal line adressed to Drake makes it a good diss in my perspective.
He basically dissed them for all the shallowness they stand for.

Off course, it’s just to get publicity for the GOOD album, which is working;).

And there won’t be a beef off course

ok its clear that whoever wrote this is a lil wayne fan even tho i must say that he is the man.YMCMB is doing their thing and they making money but read between the line wayne is a hits master he knows how to make a song, albums etc but to say pusha cant hang with wayne lyrically is the dumbest thing i ever heard wayne is main stream pusha not but a hip hop head knows wayne is a pop singer thats how he got hot. C3 was not his best album carter 2 was but that wasnt main stream lollipop did it and he is a genius for that cause he took a risk and run with it . now back to this so called beef pusha pushed his button wayne got hot and sour and thought he can bury pusha and fail. and to the writer You shall not raise a false report: put not your hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness. Exodus 23:1 is the perfect title for pusha song just mad cause wayne respond with a title like “Goulish.” lol get off wayne dick

lets be clear about one thing. there is no successful HATED rapper like wayne. Most people were criticizing the Carter IV but still they went to buy it and that is completely stupid by people who think are smart. Wayne is definitely not the best rapper alive but he is one of the best but not number 1. I am sure even Jay z, Nas, Rakim, common, eminem and other outstanding rappers still wonder how a guy with so many haters can sell so many copies. Its true that the push T beef is one of those publicity fuckin things and what QuezKHH said, its true. wayne did not have to respond to pusha T although that is not easy to say because am not wayne. Exodus is better than Goulish just because Pusha T is more lyrical than wayne but his punch lines can’t compare to wayne’s and lets just don’t say Pusha T is winning. With the Jay z beef, get this its not over and Jay z is definitely paying attention to what wayne said AND THAT’S MY ESSAY

I’m not the kind of person that has a strong opinion on subliminal disses. Like either way I don’t care. On the one hand its bold to straight up say a name but on the other hand, it’s smarter to imply it so strongly that theres no confusion. I see it like you could say “I don’t get dropped, I dropped the label” or say, I am the CEO of a big record company. Subliminal disses to me are just metaphorical insults.
That said, one line subliminals are usually weak. But Pusha went at YMCMB with a whole song of subliminals. I respect that. Everybody knew who it was about so whats the point in dropping the name. Fair enough at the end of the track he could have done a Common and said “make no mistake im talking bout drake” or “you best believe this is for YMCMB” but it was obvious anyway.

You’re tellin’ me that if yo’ nigga was gettin’ the fuck beat out of ‘im you’d sit back and watch and not help? Naw, you would try to defend yo’ nigga fo’ life, dawg… That’s all I’m sizzlin’, bruh bruh. Do we even know why Pusha beefed in the first place? Like a year ago or some shit on one of Drizzy’s beats, right? And then went on radio and said he wasn’t beefin’ and then this shit starts all over again. Shit’s fucked up! I think that YMCMB would windoe. I love G.O.O.D. but the Army’s got the advantage… Plus, Yeezy doesn’t really seem like he has the energy to beef anyways. He’s a fuckin’ good lyricist, don’t get me wrong… Same with Drake, Cudi, Sean, Common, Lil Twist, Lil Chuckee, Shanell, Kevin Rudolf, etc. (Lil Chuckee’s a fuckin’ idiot! Like actually…)
