Shyne Says Kendrick Lamar’s Album Is Trash
Uh oh. Someone wants to kill Kendrick’s vibe. Shyne went on twitter last night and gave his opinion on Kendrick’s much-talked about debut album, Good Kid, m.A.A.d. City. “Kendrick Lamar is talented with a lot of potential but his album is traaaaash!,” he tweeted. TDE labelmate, ScHoolboy Q, later responded to Shyne with, “@OriginalShyne AIN’T EATIN!!!!! NiggaH ain’t Had a Hot verse since 01.”

Yep he is. I would go as far as to say The Recipe as a disaster.
But I would give the album solid 7/10 and I say said, I enjoyed it.
But you guys need to stop hyping him that much. Lots and lots of better rappers out there.

Kendrick dropped an average album with a few good album cuts like “Bitch Don’t Kill My Vibe” & “Money Trees”. It’s definitely not trash. But far from a classic.

Mabey classic goes to far.. but how long do you want to go back for an album which is released at a major record label with this kind of quality? At first, I was sceptic myself, untill it really got out, I cant stop listening to this..
Mabey he is to hyped and there are definetly to many dickriders, but who cares? I cant enjoy his music less for it..

theyre both doing shallow rhymes over fancy beats, nothing else
kendrick puts out an album with lots of content, a story, a very personal one, cohesive theme, great flows and beats that match them perfectly
