40 Glocc Suing Game Over Street Fight

Game and 40 Glocc got into an altercation this past July. Game filmed the beat down on his iPhone and then posted it on YouTube. Well, 40 Glocc is now suing Game for assault & battery, and for tarnishing his thug reputation. 40 is seeking an unspecified amount of cash.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, 40 Glocc claims that Game and his 15-man entourage jumped him and then threatened him with a gun. He says Game pointed a gun at him and shouted, “Freeze or I’ma shoot, n*gga.”
If 40 Glocc didn’t listen, Game told 40 he would “end it right now.” Documents revealed that 40 Glocc suffered major injuries to his right eye, ribs, kidneys, right shoulder and back.
