50 Cent has already authored several books, but this will be his first fitness book. “Formula 50 is a detailed workout and nutrition guide,” he said. “Your body will improve 50%: 10% loss of body fat, 20% energy, and 20% strength and endurance,” 50 added. All this will be accomplished through metabolic resistance training. “It’s where weight lifting meets cardio,” he explained. Formula 50 drops on December 27th.
