Rick Ross used it to make some big announcements including the signing of Omarion to Maybach Music and the labels upcoming album/mixtape release dates.

Video: Meek Mill Performs at Jingle Jam In Connecticut and Addresses BET Red Carpet Controversy
Here’s some footage of Meek Mill’s experience during his appearance at Hot 93.7′s Jingle Jam in Connecticut. Meek Mill talks about his past and coming from nothing and becoming something.
He addresses the incident with Wale at the BET Awards Red Carpet and states that it’s the past and he was just happy to be there.
Later he bumps into Drake, who also performed at Jingle Jam, and talks about how he looked up to Jadakiss and he helped him after his father passed away. Drake explains to him that now he has kids looking up to him just like he looked up to Jadakiss. Note for the fans that Meek Mill does check his twitter and reads everything you tell him! It puts a smile to my face when artist really appreciate their fans.
