Mixtape: Joe Cool – Drivers Ed

December 31, 2012 · Posted in mixtapes, Music, tracklist, up-and-coming · Comment

The eve of a New Year is approaching but what really matters today is great hip-hop being delivered to the genre. That great hip-hop is Joe Cool‘s Drivers Ed. The #NewLouisiana native has 2013 in the palm of his hands, so whats better than dropping a new EP for his fans and for hip-hop.

This mixtape is a must download as the flows and rhythms of this project are elevated to a new and higher level. There’s so many different sounds and so many different flows from Mr. Cool. The project brings a lyrical level that many rappers can’t even achieve without that ambition in their rhymes and Joe Cool delivers that…fo’ sho.

Cooley Hi, which reached over 29,000 downloads on DatPiff, was a project that started the national buzz for Cool. This new Drivers Ed EP is the set off stepping stone. Only greater things can come for Joe and his career after dropping this project.

The NWLA soldier - Joe Cool is back with his upcoming project, Drivers Ed. 2013 ain’t ready for what this Louisiana native is bringing to the art of hip-hop. With the high success of his latest mixtape, Cooley Hi, the expectation is way above average for this upcoming project. But in true word, I believe it won’t fail to exceed that high level of great rap music.

Drivers Ed should hit the net by 12.31.12

New Music: Joe Cool – Space Shuttle Freestyle

November 5, 2012 · Posted in freestyle, Music, upcoming · Comment

NWLA’s Joe Cool spit some dope new bars over the head-boppin hit “Guess Who’s Back” by Scarface. Joe Cool has been delivering consistency as time has progressed for the up-and-comer. It seems like Joe Cool’s time for shine is up next with his highly anticipated new project, Drivers Ed, is set to drop later this year.

KillerHipHop.com’s Eric Kidd was in the studio when this track was being recorded with Joe Cool during the summer and to see a guy from Louisiana snap on this track the way he did is remarkable. You know talent when you see it and I’m certified that Joe Cool is up next. Don’t sleep on this cat.

And for that voicemail…ha, Joe knows what’s up.

Joe motherf*ckin’ Cool hasn’t gone too far as he comes back with the first leak off his upcoming anticipating project Drivers Ed. Mr. Cool tags up with Miguel‘s guitarist, Art Andrews to bring you this dope a$$ track. The record brings you a outstanding side of  Joe Cool’s lyricism.

In November, KillerHipHop.com’s Eric Kidd and Lady Lana will be out in Los Angeles with guest KHH CorrespondentVianney Ausseil to meet up with Joe Cool and get a backstage pass to his recording process of Drivers Ed.

Workin’ everyday, trynna trynna get paid.

Let me introduce you guys to Joe Cool. The name by itself really stands out. This Louisiana native should be under your radar of up-and-comers. The guy has a lyrical flow that might be comparison to the top rappers of today’s game. This guy has a big future ahead of him. I know that for sure. The visual above is for his new track, #Paid. The instrumentals are tough and the lyrics are killer.
