News: Gucci Mane Going Back To Jail
Gucci is going back to jail again after pleading guilty to battery charges. The incident happened back in January when Gucci threw a female out of a moving car. La Flare was sentenced to 3 years, and will serve 6 months in custody. He will be on probation for the remainder of the time, and will have to pay a $3,000 fine; in addition Gucci will also have to pay $5,090.54 in restitution for the victims medical bills.
