News: G.O.O.D. Music Working On ‘Cruel Winter?’
MTV caught up with Q-Tip at last night’s BET Hip-Hop Awards and asked him about his absence on Cruel Summer. Before giving his answer, the former Tribe Called Quest front man called Pusha-T over and together they sort of let the cat out of the bag. “If there’s a Cruel Summer then there’s got to be a Cruel Winter right?,” Q-Tip replied. “That’s all I’m saying.”

Video: G.O.O.D. Music’s In-Store Album Signing In NYC
The G.O.O.D. clique recently held an in-store album signing at the Best Buy in NYC’s Union Square. HHS 1987 attended the event and captured footage of Common, Pusha-T, Big Sean, Cyhi, Teyana Taylor, and 2 Chainz signing people’s posters and copies of Cruel Summer.
The album which hit store shelves on Tuesday is expected to debut at #2 on this week’s charts.

News: ‘Cruel Summer’ To Debut At #2?
Cruel Summer might not take the top spot this week as they face stiff competition from Pink’s The Truth About Love. According to HDD, she’s expected to top the chart with sales between 200,000 and 225,000.
As for Kanye’s much talked about Cruel Summer, it is expected to sell between 170,000 and 190,000 in its first week. The G.O.O.D. crew is approximately 30,000 units behind Pink. It’s going to be a close finish.
