Timbaland comes through with a nice surprise on Thursday by dropping the track “Know About Me” featuring Jay-Z, Drake and James Fauntleroy. This will appear on his upcoming album ‘Textbook Timbo’ due out next year.
Drizzy finally delivers the official version of his Worst Behaviour video. Features cameos from his father, Juicy J, Project Pat and Turk from the Hot Boys.
The list goes on and on of people Drake has collaborated with, but this time he’s working with someone very special to him – his father.
TMZ asked Drake’s dad, Dennis Graham, if he and his son had ever recorded a song together and he replied:
“I have! We just did a song together,”
Looking forward to the collabo?

“And nothing’s been the same since they dropped ‘Control’/And tucked a sensitive rapper back in his pajama clothes/Ha-ha, jokes on you,”
A video snippet has been released which shows part of Kendrick Lamar’s 2013 TDE BET Cypher and it sounds like fire. K. Dot referenced his now infamous Control verse and took shots at “sensitive” rappers over Mobb Deep’s “Shook Ones Part. II”.
The 2013 BET Hip-Hop Awards airs on Tuesday, October 15 where you can see the rest of his freestyle.
NWTS first week sales are in! Drake’s third album has shifted 658,179 units, which is more than “Take Care,” and overall Drake’s greatest selling album.
“Nothing Was the Same” also debuted at number one on the Billboard charts for the third time and is the second highest debut of the year, right after Justin Timberlake’s “20/20 Experience,” which sold about a million copies in its first week.
Congrats to Drizzy and his OVO crew!

Drake recently dropped Nothing Was The Same and one of my personal favourites off the album was Pound Cake featuring Jay Z. ThisIsWalder recently went and interviewed the Toronto producers Matthew Burnett and Jordan Evans who co-produced Pound Cake with Boi-1da. They talk about the making of the record, their thoughts on “Nothing Was The Same” and reveal upcoming work with PARTYNEXTDOOR.
Drake sits down with Elliott Wilson at NYU’s Skirball Center for the latest CRWN interview session. Check out part 1 of the interview above.
