40 Glocc Suing Game Over Street Fight
Game and 40 Glocc got into an altercation this past July. Game filmed the beat down on his iPhone and then posted it on YouTube. Well, 40 Glocc is now suing Game for assault & battery, and for tarnishing his thug reputation. 40 is seeking an unspecified amount of cash.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, 40 Glocc claims that Game and his 15-man entourage jumped him and then threatened him with a gun. He says Game pointed a gun at him and shouted, “Freeze or I’ma shoot, n*gga.”
If 40 Glocc didn’t listen, Game told 40 he would “end it right now.” Documents revealed that 40 Glocc suffered major injuries to his right eye, ribs, kidneys, right shoulder and back.

40 Glocc calls VladTV to explain this weekend’s altercation with Game. The video posted by Game undoubtedly shows Game having the upper hand over 40. But 40 Glocc claims that Game pulled a pistol on him, so he didn’t have a chance to fight back. “If you don’t got a gun, run,” says 40. Hit the jump for a longer video of the fight.

Game and 40 Glocc took their beef to the next level yesterday as they fought in the streets of LA. Game captured footage of the fight with his iPhone. It looks like Game easily won the fight.
40 Glocc later went on twitter and deemed it as an unfair fight. He claims that they pulled guns on him, so he couldn’t fight back.
