Jay-Z and Eminem Perform Renegade in LA

Jay-Z and Eminem team up for the first time in years to perform their classic “Renegade”. This is the song that Eminem apparently killed Jay-Z on.

This is only the second time that Eminem and Jay-Z have performed the song live and it was lucky to be caught on tape. They were both in LA to promote the new game DJ Hero.

After performing a few songs on his set, Jay-z then walks off stage. He comes back saying that he forgot something. The beat for renegade drops and the crowd goes crazy.

After Jay-z does his verse Eminem then steps on the stage and kills it. Coincidently, just like in the original Renegade live footage it seems the mic doesn’t work again and Jay-Z hands Eminem his mic. Eminem continues with his own microphone however and does a sick performance.

Check out the footage above for this legendary moment. It’s a shame they didn’t make a video for this song. It’s a classic.
