he is way over the average minds head his songs is too complex for the average brain to digest I’ve been listening to him since late 2006 really 2007 when he released Act 1: Eternal Sunshine (The Pledge) he got me hooked but i was like its so sad because no one will really put him up cause mainstream hip-hop is far from his type of rapping so the average socal hip-hop fans wont like his music or take time out to listen to his music but Jay-Z signed him which is great I’ve been all over the replay button on this track though i like the LION and the static effect CRAZY!!! oh my bad KILLER-HIPHOP almost forgot the greatest site that put up Jay Electronica that’s great too

I think by Milk and Serial, he’s talking about both rap and politics.
Harvey Milk was a gay politician that was assassinated after people found out he was gay(in the 1970′s).
Listen to A Prayer for Michael Vick and TI, and he says:
