RAW AND REAL. And that’s what he’s always been about. He’s killin’ practically every song he puts out. This song is not POP. I think we’ve established that though. Of course it will go mainstream because the radio is already playing the **** out of it. But, Em’s lyrics are so on point. I get cold chills everytime I hear this song, but maybe you have to go through a relationship like that to understand and connect with it a little more.

Em is VERY good at articulating what people have truly gone thru into words (lyrics), its not some made-up shit, its pain and feelings that he and SO many others have truly encountered in relationships. the more you listen to the song, the more the lyrics make sense. It’s a story that’s true for millions unfortunately. he does such a great job at showing the abusers side, which is often the missing piece to stop the vicious cycle of domestic violence. In order to stop it, you have to understand, and he does such a good job of explaining it. If you have never gone thru domestic violence, imagine it (the pain and needyness he talks about and the abuse he does) as you listen to the song a few times and you will gain a whole new appreciation for it. If you break down every sentence and keep the topic in mind, the song is amazingly out of this world. Its such a beautifuly disturbing song because its so precise, and I LOVE it. riahnna makes it all the more real.

I don’t know why some people don’t like this song. Eminem hasn’t rapped this well since Marshal Mathers LP. The only songs I think that contest with this is his other new single, “Not Afraid”, or his classic “Stan”.

Sorry but I love EM. He sings about his life and how he lives it. He will eventually come to his senses but all his songs make sense and they are about the way he is, wants to be and was. Em is amazing. I never liked him until I saw his movie to understand. I have a lot of respect for him but not for what he did. He is trying to clean himself up and hopefully he will.

I grew up with listening to Eminem like the majority of people did back in the mid-90′s until now and this is the best music I’ve heard in a while. A lot of rappers are going soft and going to R&B-style music and only a few rappers left. All the music today all have similar beat-like sound and tempo and you know what I’m talking about if you listne to it more closely and if you think about older rap back in the 90′s. Different lyrics, beat, everything. What makes a rapper or any music artist is always coming up with something new and Eminem is the one to step forward and do it and it is the best I’ve heard since. Put simply, if it wasn’t for Eminem, I would’ve probably by now stopped listening to rap because it all is starting to sound the same.
