Aight.. I kno I’m late but I was reading all these comments an I jus have a few of my own to throw out there..
First.. Kanye killed his verse.. he’s the type that doesn’t have to go all out jus to kill it.. it come naturally for him.. he’s a beast reguardless..

To say the truth, they all brought their best verses to this track. They know people will be listening and comparing for months. Kanye would have to be on the top Lyrically, then Em, Weezy and Drake, Respectively Of course. I’m a big fan of all of them so my analysis is fair. Drakes MixTape/Album was unbreakable. He’s going to be an artist to watch.

Kanye’s was the most clever. He made a bunch of little clever, pop-culture references, therefor this lightweight considers him more “lyrical.”
Skill-wise, Em dominated it. The other 2 1/2 fake artists (Weezy is 1/2 repsectable) all backed down and tackled this beat by rapping slowly. Em took the beat head on and rapped at it’s pace, something other “rappers” cannot even dream of doing.

the only rapper with any lyrical dexterity (look it up) in this song was Eminem. Everybody else did their generic rap imitations. the only one with any skill to do anything other than AABB or ABAB rhymes was Em, internal rhymes, alliteration, cohesion.
