Drake – Dreams Money Can Buy Lyrics

Don’t f-ck with me, don’t f-ck with me
Don’t f-ck with me, don’t f-ck with me

[Drake - Verse 1]
I got car money, fresh start money
I want Saudi money, I want art money
I want women to cry and pour out their heart for me
And tell me how much they hate it when they apart from me
Yeh, and lately I do bitches the meanest
Tell em I love em and don’t ever mean it
We go on dates I send the Maybach out the neighbourhoods, they never seen it
That shit is dangerous but it so convenient
I aint lying, yeah
And comfortable I sit
That manual Ferrari Italian, some fly shit
It’s sittin’ at the house like I bought it in ’9-6
Cause honestly I’m too f-cking busy to drive stick
I swear, too f-cking busy, too busy f-cking
This nigga girl, but to me she wasn’t
Been hot before they open doors for me
Preheated oven, I’m in this so
But I aint finished though
It’s been a minute though
My newest girl back home, got issues with parents
And some charges, how the f-ck can I get her to Paris
Luckilly, I’m the greatest my country’s ever seen
So chances are I get the border to issue me clearance
Dreams money can buy
Everybody yelled surprised I wasn’t surprised
Thats only cause I been waitin’ on it, nigga
So f-ck whoever hatin on a nigga
Of course

Don’t f-ck with me, don’t f-ck with me
Dont, don’t f-ck with me, don’t f-ck with me
Dont, don’t f-ck with me, don’t f-ck with me
Dont, don’t f-ck with me, don’t f-ck with me
Don’t…

Food from India, she in Charlotte Olympia’s
We talked music for hours she never mentioned ya
Can’t tell you how much I love when niggas think they got it
And I love the fact that line made ‘em think about it
YMCMB these niggas make it so hard to be friendly when I know part of it’s envy
Tryna fill the shoes, nigga so far these are empty
I take ‘em off in the house because the throw carpets are Fendi
Ohh, I never seen the car you claim to drive
Shit I seen it, you just aint inside
And I feel like lately I went from top 5 to remaining 5
My favourite rappers either lost it or they aint alive
And they tryna bring us down me, Weezy and Stunna
We stayed up, Christmas lights in the middle of summer
And if the girl standing next to me got a fat ass
Then I’ll probably give her my number
Yeah, I throw my dollars up high
And they land on the stage you dance on
We got company coming over
Would it kill you to put some pants on
Dreams money can buy
They told me it’s like a high, it wasnt a lie
Yeah, just have some good p-ssy waiting on a nigga
And f-ck whoever hatin’ on a nigga

Don’t f-ck with me, don’t f-ck with me
Dont, don’t f-ck with me, don’t f-ck with me
Dont, don’t f-ck with me, don’t f-ck with me
Dont, don’t f-ck with me, don’t f-ck with me
Don’t…

Drake is on one. After one mediocre album he thinks he’s the shish. “Thank Me Later” wasn’t all that. Too much horrible autotuñe pinched singing, flow remained 80% of the time flat & read straight off the paper without any memory. Too many collabs, & even his collab with Hov is wasn’t as good as anticipated.

This is one of those Drake tracks that’s simply a release of emotion. It’s not meant to be a single. It’s similar to “The Calm”. And if you think Drake has fallen off, stop listening to him. He must be doing something right if everyone keeps waiting to hear what he’s going to say next.

it would be better if it was “dreams money can’t buy”
sad thing is there is a million drake soundalikes out there one’s enough really
it’s true he must be doing something right if everyone else is waiting to hear what he has to say next cuz we fellow these “musicians” like idiots like they gods or something, once they in the public eye, everyone listens, even if there just farting
    it’s kinda how it goes…i guess…

This shit is hot, but I dont hear anything new. He has a few nice lines and shit, but I feel like hes already been here before.

Money? Cars? Taking other niggas girls? I really dont see how this is so “pouring emotion/venting”. “The Calm” “Fear” “Say Whats Real” ? That was real emotion.

This is good, but nothing new. Seems like the money got to his head. Drake is to predictable, and thats not good.

    Correction Officer Reply:

    @Louie,

This is definitely a song full of real emotions. He can’t make those songs anymore he’s not in that place. He’s surrounded by the things he’s talking about in his lyrics like Fendi throw carpets, and cars he don’t drive because he doesn’t have the time. It might seem like he’s getting generic, but most generic rappers don’t practice their preachings.

So if you guys want those songs…Go listen to them they were already made years ago.

    Dope Song.

One ya’ll haters can hate cause I doubt he gone sit here an look at ya’ll comments an give a fuck. Second how you nigga’s gone say the money got to his head. If ya’ll were true fans ya’ll would remember a quote “get rich, went broke, got rich again” the nigga’s been had money from when he was WheelChair Jimmy(before all these mixtapes an cd’s) an if you know entertainment you’d know tv money is way more then music money. So NO money he seeing now is effecting him cause he been through this before an has been going through it for years. Plus how drake not hot when you came to this page to listen to his song…you must be intrested or amazing lame/bored an needed to waste some time. This song is HOT,Thank Me Later is easily one of the TOP 5 cd’s of the decade. An Take Care will be for the next one. People wanna hate cause he ain’t teachin ya’ll how to lean back,or crank that pikachu. F.o.H. That shit ain’t music(THIS IS) Straight up warning shot to any an everybody “don’t fuck with me,don’t fuck with me” He back in his mood to take people out like goodnight an goodluck. It’s a wrap between him, and MMG

Idc what anyone has to say drake is the shit, noones really fucking with him in the game right now. If you ask me, & I can relate to alot of his music & emotions. Well not about the cars & money 100% but I’m sure everyone would do the same shit if you were him, if you had everything he had. Non the less drake is an inspiration to me & I love his music, his rapping & singing. Alot of people may do it or try too but not many are as talented at doing it as he is. Idc what anyone says & I’m sure slot of people are just like me & love drake for the music he makes. Atleast he’s not bullshitting talking about guns & killing people & all that like alot of these wack as rappers are. If you ask me he raps about nothing more then the truth. & I respect that.

Exactly, at least 80% of the rappers that talk about that gang banging & drugs & guns, really never actually experienced that bullshit. No one wants to hear about that shit, people bitch cuz he raps alot about girls & relevant shit that he really experienced all of us men can relate a woman plays a big part in our lives. Along with whatever else he mentions on a track. Atleast he’s honest like I said & I fuck with all of his music & obviously you’d haters do too, enough to listen & elaborate on the song…I don’t care what a hater gotta say, drake keeps it real & I fuck with this track. & let him say shit about his money & cars because I’m sure we all would too if we had it, we all work for material things & you mean to tell me you wouldn’t flaunt it as well? Come on man keep it real, name a rapper that dont, & if you can I’m sure he docent because he dont have it…
