@julia, Hey, it’s cool. I mean, the song (Nicki’s verse rather) has grown on me since my first listen. But, I’m still more akin to her old material a bit. I probably spoke to hastily about her being nonsensical on this track. I’m also really not a big fan of repeating stuff multiple times in a rap is all.
And yeah, Maybe she was going for a drunk thing, I’ll conceded to that. Either way, it is better than a lot of current rappers out there, and she’s original so it’s all cool.

As a new fan to Nicki there are things I like and things I don’t like.
And Btw everybody on here with multiple post is bragging about how lame they are . Get a life. I have to sit at work for 10 hours each day, so lucky me I had time to read through all the bullshit . Now here is my opinion.
She is smart, fast and has character.
Everybody has an alter ego, especially when you are intoxicated.
The song is about getting wasted, so this is the Nicki that is ready to party and drank that Henny. I would wanna hang with my girls so I’d take the car too. And if some skank started strutin her dim light around my stars, I will regulate. Give me some tequiella, errbody starts feelin warm. Now although she is trippin and stumblin, she knows she’s got class.
We all know what it is, she is catchy. Regardless of the opinions, she is obviously something we and they like.
But the “all around the world” part from her, should probably never happen again. This is the only song she should ever do that in and only because she already did it. I know she is supposed to sound drunk, but it sounds like a little creepy girl plugging her nose. NEVER again. Plus she is good without pretending to sing, or pretending to be drunk. Maybe she should really find a bottle and sing that part over but for real this time. I think the personal characterzation totally make her unique and better then most female rappers.
Another pointer-if you want someone to value or let alone just read something you write, learn words. HA They arent hard, you might not remember 1st grade but thats when we all learned them. I guess you don’t have to learn how letters and words go together but you sound like a du-mass. I feel like a robot reading shit like that, and when I’m done reading whoever wrote just makes me feel way too good about myself. because I know I make more sense in the world. Thanks for the selfesteem boost!
One more thing, repetition is annoying but you know the beginning of her rap is constantly stuck in your head…and you like it too.
