this is why slaughterhouse is already a better label than young money and Rockafella records…

    @THE INFAMOUS SIEGE,

    why in the world
    would u compare them
to young money?!?…idiot let everyone do their thing!….and besides slaughterhouse can be lyrical but will never reach drakes success….50k on their album never goin gold or platinum….

@ovoxo, because drake calls himself hiphop so i’l campare him to REAL hiphop artists. ym(cmb) is all a big joke. they have no business skills and no rap skills anymore and all the affiliates are either talentless prep boys and girls or talentless nigs from the streets.

@THE INFAMOUS SIEGE, on btw if u honestly think record sales reflect anything ur mistaken, maybe 10 years ago it did… (slim shady lp went TRIPLE PLATINUM back before pirating existed) now a days the record sales go to the artists with the stupidest fan base.
ex)i wont purchase slaughterhouse new album but i will help promote it through positivity, and i would go to a show if they came to my city. i may buy one or two of the songs off the album online but probably not. yet drake’s fat black female population flock to best buy when his album releases to spend all of their burgerking paychecks on the cd.. when music ought to be free in the first place…
the real indication of an artists talent is the hearsay and word of mouth that spreads about them and we all know TUNECHI gets 70% negative feedback on everything he does lately (skateboarding truckfit carter IV and drugs) whereas if u even whisper a negative statement about slim shady u’ll die in ur sleep.

@THE INFAMOUS SIEGE, and although JayZ is on the right track (making music reflecting his love of family) kanye west will never redeem his image. he’ll always be known as the ignorant nigger that snatches microphones from white girls, makes racists statements towards the president, and dates a karadashian…. not to mention 808’s and Heartbreak lmfao.

@ovoxo, the album is going gold. when they do, you owe me 50k lol

@ovoxo, If you define success in the amount of 14 year ld girls that request a track on the radio then sure…Drake is more successful. But you’re arguing about an internet rap group on the internet. Save your useless words for when your in the car with your boys listening to that new kidz Bop album. They might care about album sales there.

Pumped. I’m al about my nigga Joe! To the goof up there saying slaughterhouse sucks, Joe Budden alone has enough talent to KILL every song by ym. Go listen to a few of his songs, then try to say young money is better with a straight face. Ha

    Bad move.
If you are going to drop a mix-tape before your album, you gotta do it with, AT LEAST, 1 month of anticipation.

    THE INFAMOUS SIEGE Reply:

@Listen To Charlie, why? i hate how artists (cough weezy cough) spend years building up hype… people are never satisfied that way.
i think this was a generous and spontaneous move by the 2.O boys. its like waking up from a coma the day before christmas.

    Riggs Reply:

@Listen To Charlie, they did it for the fans. who cares if its weeks before the album. its most likely a bunch of bars on the mixtape

    THE INFAMOUS SIEGE Reply:

@Listen To Charlie, get real its music. real niggas arent afraid to release there shit on time. niggas with no plans have to wait and hype shit up and sellout and do all other manner of cheap tricks to draw attention away from the fact that they truly dont have the talent or skills to entertain the masses.
    cough weezy cough.

  6. Pandemonia on August 9th, 2012 4:29 pm

Also Slaughterhouse songs last 10 mins? I still hear “Pump it Up”, “Fire” and “What’s Up” by Joe Budden in the clubs and its been almost 10 years. Those YM songs lasted 10 mins until Jay and Ye put out “Otis” and “Niggas In Paris”. GTFO here, lil nigga.
